Default Craig Chandler Supports Proroguing Parliament

Chandler is a buddy of PM Harper. He usually has pretty good political gossip...this time on the reason the Tories decided to shut down the House of Commons.

Ugh... time to move on... the whole 'prorogation' crap is getting old & stale...

...oh... did you know Dalton McGuinty just prorogued the Ontario legislature?

    No?

Funny how the media is saying nothing about that, eh?

Even if it wasn't about the Olympics, which I doubt it was in the first place, the PM has the right to request prorogation with the approval coming from the Governor General... it's within his rights... and it's a routine procedure...

...and those 'non-partisan' anti-prorogation rallies... you know, those little insignificant gatherings filled with the usual anti-Harper/anti-Conservative suspects waving NDP orange placards... attended by Ignatieff & Layton alike... what a bunch of nonsense.

It would seem the Canadian left will stoop as low as they can to demonize Harper... and still, the Conservative have +30% support across the country... despite their efforts.

Time for the opposition to put a platform & a vision forward, instead of just sticking with the old 'we're not Harper' crap that accomplishes nothing.
