What I liked most about it on Dragon's Den is how all four of the guys immediately went from being business men listening to a business proposal to teenagers wanting to know the specs and then back to trying to rationally look at the deal when they just want to drive the car.

But it was a pretty good deal for HTT because they probably sold 4 cars even if they didn't invest in the company.

But I want one...Oh Canada do I want one.

I never really understood the appeal of these barn built supercars.
Personally I would rather buy a main stream super car
    - like the LFA, or ferrari 599..etc where you know they have teams of engineers and designers that test these cars and build several test mules before they are released. To really understand all you need to do is visit a Ferrari factory or the LFA factory. To be honest a hyundai genesis would be built better then this car, based on the factory precision tools alone.

    But to each his own.

All power to them for being a canadian company (guess you have to start somewhere).

Agreed that there are some excellent options at the $400k price point, however, I think that buyers of this car would be in a similar position to those of Spyker purchasers - already owning 4-7 cars including a a minimum of one (and usually more) made by a well known exotic manufacturer.

Exclamation Check out Canada's (Montreal made) $760k Supercar.

I searched and didn't come up with anything. I saw this on a re-run episode of the Dragons Den. These Montreal guys founded a new Canadian (Montreal) based super car company called HTT.

Looks like an 1100hp engine is optional, Its designed to compete against the McLaren Mp-412C.

Yah this thing is old, and doesn't look like it's going to get produced any time soon.

Dude, I'd rock that on the daily.... I cant find a single thing about it thats ugly. It looks like a much more aggressive version of an F430.
With a GM powertrain, I'd be happy to use it as a DD, since the maintenance (unlike most supercars) would be just peanuts.

The LS9 was a good choice, but I'd much rather have a well built LS7 with more HP/TQ for much less money. The $24k that LS9 costs new, you can build a 1200hp TT small block for that kind of coin.

Almost $800k? Really?!? For that kind of cash, I can rock it's "primary" competition, the MP4-12c, a Lexus LF-A, AND still have money left over to buy a brand new fully optioned Range Rover for those damn Canadian winters. And all 3 of these cars look way nicer than this.
You have a couple of photos that are great... you must be very good at photoshop!
