    Default any WRXs in wreckers??

    does anyone know of any WRXs in any wreckers in alberta? im looking for the brakes in particular, although i may pick over a few more parts.

    why would you want the brakes? That is pretty much a waste of your time.

    The brakes off a WRX aren't all that different from the RS brakes, you aren't going to see much (any?) improvement.
    Drag racing is for fast cars. Solo 2 is for fast drivers.

    wrx and 2.5RS brakes are the same. only difference is the wrx rotor is slightly larger.

    yup they all have a piont unless his rears are drums.. like my 2.5 TS thats when you want a bigger upgrade.. my drums lick a nut my jeep stops faster than my impreza

    lol....good luck people that work at places like pick ur part and other auto wreckers like that. The employee's get the first stab at the cars but you only need brakes. Its not like your looking for a turbo unlike me lol.......good luck on the search though

    why not just pay for new brakes?

    or get a set of bigger aftermarket brakes?

    used brakes is like buying used underwear... sure it might work... and serve its purpose... but why?

    I only want the front caliper bracket so i can fit the WRX size rotors on my car. There are a lot more options when you have WRX size rotors.

    BBK are expencive. I couldn't find one under 1400. I can get the caliper bracket pretty cheap, put on some decent rotors, some SS brake lines, some better brake fluid, better pads and then swap the H6s into the rears (which are about an 1" larger)
