    Default Cardiac Arrest! AKA Bacon Explosion!

    I FUCKING LOVE BACON! lol

    Hosting a UFC / Poker night tomorrow night, and wanted to make some tasty food, So I am doing the traditional pulled pork, and this, THE BACON EXPLOSION!

    thick cut bacon, woven tightly together



    added my 11 herbs and spices and some minced garlic



    about 3/4 pound of spolumbos sasuage meat




    add the sasuage meat and a small bit of cheese



    some secret BBQ sasue



    Roll it up tight



    Spice up the outside



    and ready to cook!




    I will post pictures of the finished product tomorrow when I cook it!

    as a side note, I think I have ONE spot left open in the UFC / Poker night. If anyone wants to come, let me know. Cost is $45 and covers your food, the PPV, poker entry fee and 6 beers, starting around 6 - 6:30 tomorrow night.
