Facebook messenger chat heads
Does anyone have this app installed on their Galaxy S4?
I only recently switched to Android and the chat heads use to pop up on my home screen, handy as I message my relative who lives overseas a lot.
Now the chat heads only show up if I have a menu or another app open, but will not show up on my home screen or other screens if nothing is open.
How do I go back to having them appear regardless of what is open or not open on this phone?
