Not so much the owner, but the reason why for the past 3 months or so he's parked there EVERY Saturday and Sunday, around 8:30 am. I can see him from my kitchen window. The house next to mine gets rented out by the room, so there's some unsavory types and obvious drug activity going on there. Problem is, no police surveillance would make themselves that obvious. Curious about this.

I still think he may be a PI. I had a friend that used to pick up contracts for insurance companies all the time to watch people who had questionable injury claims. All he had to do was take pictures and/or video of their daily actions.

The police were siting infront of my house once (I don't know why) they said they were a security company, and had a couple magnets for a security company on a rental car. But i was obvious when they were getting their lunches dropped off by full uniformed RCMP. I was getting frustrated with them being there and having to behave so I walked upto the window and started taking pictures of him. I would not recommend doing this as the results were not favorable for myself
