is this a straight trade?

if so..stay away..far away!

km's on the swap? compression test? does it leak oil? when was water pump/timing belt done?

what suspension mods? rust? transmission grinds? does it actually have an LSD? (most honda sales say they have it, but they've been misinformed and have just been doing one tire fires the whole time)

if it's straight trade, i'd be wary though, something could be up

I'd stay with the EM1. It is a much more rare model with a production of only 2 years. For some reason, EK coupes are MUCH less prone to rusting also, not sure why, but there is a big difference.
If you are attracted to certain mods, just do them yourself to your existing car
