Just want to make sure I'm understanding this correctly,

2007 AND 2008 350Z. If built after September 1, 2007 [EIS] (see notes).

Vehicles equipped with passive restraints do not meet CMVSS 210, seat belt anchorage location requirements. Passive restraints are identified as either a motorized upper torso restraint or door mounted 3-point restraint.

So anything built before Sept 1 is not allowed?

You probably can, but you just need to prove that it has an EIS.
