For asian haircuts, Hair City is the best by far. Same building as U & Me so I dunno if they are opened right now.

go to Extreme Hair beside Harvest Hills T&T.
Joey and Ivy are both hairdressers from Hong Kong
its around 25 - 35 for a hair cut

i like it better than hair city because of their availaibility and parking space. pm me if you need their number for appointment
