Default what to do with chicken stock besides soup?

a couple of nights ago we made what i think is the best chicken stock i've ever had (we had LOTS of chickehn parts, so it's really, really flavorful). we made some soup with some of it, but still have quite a bit left. i'm not really a soup guy, though, and am trying to think of what else i could use this for. i know you can use it to make rice, or use it in place of water in sauces, etc., but thought i would ask on here for ideas. any suggestions?

    thanks

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

    ^^ Potatoes for sure!

Use the stock instead of water to make rice? Chicken rice?

If you're roasting a chicken, you could put some of the stock on the bottom of the pan to make it moist and juicy!

I use it instead of water when I make my Jambalaya... makes a HUGE difference.

Other than soup or using it to replace water in a recipe, I cant think of anything else....

When I bake chicken, I buy a bunch of chicken and a jar of the indian sauce and use chicken broth to make it a little more watery

If you made a lot, freeze them in small containers. I freeze them into 1 cup, 2 cup and 3 cup containers and use them in recipes.

i like to braise lentils with chicken stock (with garlic and herbs). After the consistency is similar to mashed potatoes but I believe much healthier.

reduce it until it is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon and then it is a sauce in itself.
