Check the autotrader and bargain finder and see what people are selling for. I went to the dealership and saw that a driveaway price is $34000 (with everything included).
Personally if someone offered me $30000 for it, I would sell in a heartbeat.
i am prolly thinking around 29000 for an easy sale we shall see.
What year is the RSX?
Exact black book values (with exact same mileage assuming mint condition):
2002 RSX: Low: $20,500.00 High: $22,000.00
2003 RSX: Low: $23,000.00 High: $24,500.00
This is what you'd be looking at from the dealers. But for some stupid reason, hondas have a place in the market such that people will almost always overpay for them. Black book values are just a guideline, you have to look at the market and see what people are willin gto pay.
wow youlose ten grand on a type s in one year shitty
You lose that much (or more) on any car. It depends on what the market is like though. I am sure that you would have no problems selling the car for $27000 - it would be gone really quick. But if you want to be greedy and wait, somebody MIGHT give you $29000 for it.
Black book prices are waaay to low.Originally posted by richardchan2002

Black book prices are waaay to low.
look at this :
"Year Make Model Series Body Style
1994 TOYOTA SUPRA N/A 2D COUPE TURBO
Depending on your vehicle's condition, the value may be appraised within the High and Low range. * less Reconditioning Costs
Low: $12,717.00 High: $14,217.00 "
And that is Canadian Black Book ! how and where can i find a 94 Supra twin turbo for $12k ? or even $14? I will pay double for that !
Anyway, I think a 2003 Stock RSX-S should worth near $30K for private sale.
