How much should I offer for this CRX?

My friends customer is selling his 88 CRX Si. He hasn't said a price yet, but said to make an offer.

It's in awesome shape and is ALL ORIGINAL.

The car has almost NO RUST.

Even the seats are in great shape especially considering the weak bolsters on the 88-89's

Here's the rundown:
-240ks
-5spd
-all original

What do you think is a fair offer for this?
