I washed my car earlier today and now it won't start.
I wasn't washing the engine, only the exterior. It was at a wand wash so I did what I normally did and just pulled up, turned off my car, and went about my washing. When I got back in the car to go it wouldn't turn over at all. I popped the hood and I did notice a little bit of water on my negative battery terminal.
The car would make a clicking noise like it would if the battery was dead. I pushed it out of the bay and I've left it in the car wash lot. Plan on going back in a couple of hours to see if it will fire up after sitting for a bit. I'm pretty sure the battery terminals were tight but I'll take a few wrenches just in case.
Anyone had this problem before? First time this has ever happened to me.
