San Francisco Trip

I'll be going to San Francisco for the first time with my spouse. We have planned to visit Alcatraz, Lombard St and Golden Gate Bridge. Any suggestions on what else to visit? Should I get the Wharf Pass or the CityPass? Thanks in advance.
