The pics look great!

The basement portion is used for storage...which is fairly large. I have store today a nautilis weight cage, a bunch of weights, golf bags, snow boards, a bike, 5 garbage bags of bottles, baby stuff and about 15 office boxes under the stairs. Ample storage space.

As for parking, there is ample room. I've takin off my bumpers, lights, moldings to update my ride on one summer weekend. The neighbors are pretty cool.
