ideas for 84 buick

my 84 Buick lesabre has got a 307 olds motor in it and im lookin for some engine mods i can do to it to give it some more power.

its got a posi-trac rear ends and the cars in good shape i just need some ideas for some tweaks to do to the motor, from small$, to large$

In my shop at school, we have an old buick regal, im not sure on the year.
Anyways, they've dropped in a V8 Chevrolet Truck engine, and scraped up to Garret Turbos to throw on it. They're trying to do the swap for a cost of under 1000 dollars, and they cant afford short headers, so the exhaust mainfolds go through where the hood *should* be, and the turbos stick about 6-7" above the fender...Would never be street legal in a million years, but just something fun they wanted to do.
Interesting swap, with a lot of work and cost involved...but maybe something you'd be interested in?

Wild cam!!! and cut the muffler pipes at the rear axle, and get tips so they direct the fumes down

knn air filter, easy couple horse power...

geta K&N then plugs and wires. accell ig. modual. run a holly 750 double pumper aluminum intake. forged pistons. titanium crank. do the heads and def. headers 3" straight pies threw hooker mufflers with an H pipe. TH 400 3spd. trans with a 2400 stall converter. and stage 3 shift kit. aluminum drive shaft and chev 12 bolt rear end... thats a good start...
