I fear for the flames playoff hopes...we need to win atleast 7 of the next 11 games IMO or we are done for sure. They are all super important games and they have been playing horrible the last few games. Tonight to me will be the deciding factor. If we win we are in if we lose we are out

A regulation loss tonight would be a devastating blow to our chances for sure, lets hope the guys play hard for 60(or more) minutes tonight.

with everyone so tight in the standings, it doesn't matter where they are in the standings now. As long as the Flames are within two points of a playoff position with one game left they're ok.

Previously, they had good play on their side. That has slipped off considerably, and with Stajan as a 1st line centre my confidence is not high their offensive production will continue.

Anaheim is 2 points behind, also with two games in hand.
Everyone else ahead of them, also has one or two games in hand. If all those teams play even 500 hockey, Flames would need 7 wins to make it. If any of those teams play above that..welllllll
