How to pick up a girl

So I was at Moxies on 17th last night n sat down with my people. And thats where it all happened. My friends and I saw this girl and our goal was to pick her up. I decided to try one of my classic lines. As I approached her, I asked her whats her name? and where shes from? Then I asked her if she was touching her self? that didnt go to well, she paused and there was an awkward silence. I then remembered an old friend told me of the perfect pick up line. I asked her if she wanted to "hang n BANG." She said ummm.... Thats when I realized this isnt getting anywhere. Finally I tried my last classic line. I threw in the "Do you want to go to a BBQ?" Supprisingly she said yea, I love BBQs.


I picked her up now. The only problem was i didnt have a BBQ to go to....

For starters, I'm surprised you got that far after the "were you touching yourself" question

As for the bbq, you never told her you had a specific one in mind? So call her, arrange a day and time, take her somewhere nice (picnic if it's a nice day?) then confess when you see her - she'll probably think it was sweet.

Me: So about that BBQ. I was wondering if you want to go to Bowness park with me on Tuesday for a picnic?

Me: like 8 ish?

Me: I get off work at 7
Her: OH, I cant I just remembered I have to babysit that night..

Then she hung up. Now what do i do?

I cant wait till tomorrow to call her. What if somebody else gets her number or something.
