I haven't try this but heard that wristwatch alarm clocks are available with no snooze button and that gives you a little shock to wake you up. I think you should try this but then also it would be better if you go with a nap watch that used the vibration motor from a pager/cell phone instead of having shock.

Looks like lots of interesting stuff on this site. I like this Invisible Clock myself though it can be a little less than user-friendly. No reason you couldn't strap it to your wrist either. I ordered 2 the last time - one for me and one for a friend - friend doesn't want it so it's up for grabs.

Combine a Sonic Boom Alarm Clock with this:

This will give you a hell of a shake. I have the smaller hockey puck style bed shaker and it shakes the bed pretty good to begin with. Really only good if you only sleep at home though - if you travel its hard to take along.

Plus you can hook up a lamp to a sonic boom so when it goes off it flashes the light in your face.

In that case, check out vibralite watches. Never tried one personally, don't know if its strong enough to wake you or not.

get a Dr Ho, and regular alarm clock and we'll rig up the alarm signal to turn on the Dr Ho unit on fully cranked settings. Depending where you put those pads, I'm betting you'll get up
