Telus Interview

I have applied for a position at telus mobility for Call Centre. I have done a phone interview and passed that. Tommorow I have an Assessment and another interview. Anyone know of any tips for the assessment i can study on, and as well as the interview? Thanks a ton!

They're going to ask you to sell them on a certain product(usually random) sell them on the feature and how it benefits the customer. Good luck

This position is for Customer care. Not selling.. would it still be the same assessment?

No need to study. I took this about 3-4 months ago. Pretty basic. Just did about 6 different tests. Multiple choice, true and false.

Basic math, english, psych q's. Took about 3-4 hours. They actually called afterword for an interview but I passed.

Not sure if you will have the same. My testing was for a tech support position.

It's not selling, but they might ask you if you're willing to turn calls into potential sales. Telus is extremely revenue based for their service.
