Not confidential, but most likely is copyright protected. You can't take a plan from one home-builder and get it built by somebody else.

Find ot if the builder designed it themselves. If they did ask to buy a copy. If they didn't find out where it came from.

Most builders have feature sheets of the houses that they build. If you can get that from them, you can always 'reverse engineer' it and make any modifications you would like. They may even have the layout of the house shown on their website.

Thanks for the quick replies. I am not sure who the builder was. If anyone can find out the house is at 118 Discovery Ridge BLVD.
