    main floor courtyard is nice.... the building is pretty good as long as you only have one car (do not need to try and street park) and do not need to rely on those damn elevators!

    use to, like i said, parking is a bitch and the elevators (at least on the south end of the building) were broken once a week minimum.

    lots of young people, a few new families... couple older people... this is good and bad since it seems like the young people are mostly renters which equals no respect for the building... ie. unscrewing light bulbs just enough so they are off... puke in the halls, etc, etc. this was ~once or twice a month occurrence normally after a friday or saturday night

    building is concrete and is damn quiet, it will really depend on who your direct neighbors are that will effect your experience. we have been pretty noisy before and have asked our neighbor if they have ever heard us and they said no. we did have one person a floor above that had a dog that would howl for hours on end, but we could just barely hear it and only if we were dead quiet. i think elephants lived above us, heard them stomp around every now and then.

    gym is okay, never too busy, have an okay selection of equipment, but some shit would go missing or break every now and then

    depending where the unit is it can be a long ass hike from the doors to the unit, which sucks for guests (always have to go down to the doors and navigate them to your place the first time they come over so they do not get lost in the labyrinth of hallways)

    besides that, it is ~15min walk to the platform at canyon meadows station... depending on your hours that station has 0 parking at it when you need it haha... oj's is stumbling distance and they have live music... although southcentre is right across the street it is not very easy to walk to... there is a small roadway in the way haha

    even though you are in a lake community you do not get access to it with ownership in that building

    EDIT: also depending on location on the main floor you may have a lot of foot traffic in front of your door... doors are the only place that are not very sound proofed, but with our layout the door was far from the bedroom/tv and couch
