Default $1.3 Million in Aspen Woods *pic heavy*

*edit* Oops...sorry. I guess its listing at $1.3. I just finished 3 houses for them...this wasn't the 975k house. (Mods can you edit the title please?)

This is a house I just finished doing the tile work in. Nice place. I love the appliances they picked for it. Its in Aspen Woods. Here's the Location

nice, I love the tile above the hood fan and the crazy dishwasher.

Too bad the kitchen isnt a little bigger though (it seems small, maybe it isnt).

Beautiful home. Fireplace at waist height is a little odd.

Because its meant to enjoy when in the tub or in bed, its raised (being double sided)

I think the selling point for me would be the Wok attachment to the stove. not that I am Asian, but that is just a cool feature to have.

That 2 sided fireplace is odd to me as well. Looks very ugly and considering the size of the house, the master is quite small.

I wonder how often they will cook in that kitchen. lol

You forgot option #3: while taking a dump

    Alignment is perfect

    Dave,

You really do some incredible work. Are you hiring any apprentices? lol. I do a few small tile jobs here and there, but every time I see you're work I'm always extremely impressed.

Backsplash and hood fan look great... (as does everything else) I really like the living room fireplace as well...

Beautiful home! Always makes me wonder if I'm ever gonna figure out how to make it happen, and how much harder I have to work to even get a mortgage... Nice work dude for real!

Hahaha...thanks man. That comes from 28 years of learning from my own screw-ups.
Nah...unfortunately I have one apprentice plus a helper already. I'm in need of a good journeyman. But I'm sure you'd be a hell of a lot better than the other two "beyonders" I hired.

I've seen your woodwork and that impresses me!

Nice house, great tile work !!!! But shitty shower glass for such a nice house. Why didn't they do 10mm glass??? This is the reason my wife and I are building our next home. We see such quirky stuff like this. Beautiful home otherwise.

Aggreed, and why no water closet...so my wifes putting on her make up in the morning and im using the toilet right beside her? even a 2000 sq foot 470,000 cardel home has a water closet in the ensuite

And for 1.3 million I dont know if id want to stair at 17th av when iam out on my deck. Just my opinion

What did you exactly do in the house, or are you the designer/builder?

None the less good looking home, love the dark stucco and the black clad windows also love the solid MDF mission style doors (i have the same ones, they are awesome, good choice.)

Just noticed that!!! Man, these houses are obviously designed to make maximum profit. There was a time when Elegant Homes only made premium homes, but the more I look at his house, it gets more interesting. On a good note, the tile work looks fantastic!!!

Also, take a look at the bath tub they used in the main bathroom, the bathroom sinks and faucets.....and the tile looks to be builders standard 12x12 tile on the floors (was layed well fom the looks of it)

    also mid range appliances (electrolux)

Aspen is sooo pricey. i went a week or so ago to look at homes priced from 1.8-2.4 million. wasnt that impressed, for that kind of money i expected a litle more.

Agreed, nice house, but for multi-million(s), it's definitely nothing spectacular.

But, most importantly, nice tile job, Dave!
