There are countless games, Movies, TV series, books, stage plays, chinese operas, etc, etc.... based on this era of time.
I don't know for sure where you can find this series, but if you haven't, try Go East in china town, the video store in The Madison, and the video stores in the Pacific Place Mall.
Yeah, I am thoroughly disappointed at this thread, I thought they were coming out with a new one or something, lol.Originally posted by spikers

Yeah there is a new movie called Red Cliff out right now, and it follows the same story line but shorter, But in china they released a 4 hr movie of red cliff, but earlier they used romance of the 3 kingdom for the series.
Yeah I used to play this game all the time too.

The one in Chinatown is Go East. On Center St. Same block as the place that got burn down.
The movie Red Cliff focuses on the Battle of Red Cliffs, which is a very small segment of the 3 Kingdom time. The TV series will tell you a lot more.
and I have another question, my buddy just told me, it wouldnt play in his dvd player but would work in the xbox and computer.

Probably region locking.

Stop with the antics. Beyonder.
Get a crappy made in china DVD player.
If you bought the movie from china town or something then your DVD player wont be able to read it because its a burnt copy.
You need a DVD player that reads burnt DVDs to play it.
If you dont have one of those you can always just use your computer and VLC media player.
Well he bought it from the pacific mall, Why would they sell burnt copys of the dvd, but its the excat cover and everything .

It's because none of those DVD's in those Chinese video stores are legit. They are mainland China "legit", legal only in mainland China and illegal everywhere else.
The cheap ass aiwa's or citizens will play them all, my parents have 3 of them for all those damned korean soap opera shows lol
you answered your own question = pacific mallOriginally posted by Madspinner

3 things all easily available/cheap in mass quantities from a HK distributor: CD label printer, printer and plastic wrapper with sticky seal. going back to SE Asia frequently since I was 14, i still have not ONCE seen a real DVD hardcopy anywhere or in anyones house, it was just milk crates full of ripped DVDs in the plastic wrappers. when i first went back way back when it was VCDs (CD-Rs), just recently my cousin was saying blueray direct rips are everywhere.

No because it's burnt, you need DVD players that ignores regions (aka region-free).
