Ive called my friend twice, but it keeps going to his voicemail. Ive called twice different days, did he change his number???

If a phone is turned off, it would go to voicemail as well I think.

He may have lost his phone and the battery died? I think if his phone was disconnected, you wouldn't be getting his voicemail, just a message that the phone number that you are dialing is no longer in use.

Number of reasons:

- Phone is turned off
- Phone is dead
- He is talking on the phone and doesn't have call waiting
- He changed his phone number
- You are calling the wrong number
- He doesn't want to talk
- He doesn't want to talk to just you
- He sends you to voicemail after seeing your number
- He maybe wants to talk, but screens all his calls
- He's using that phone/number for dealing and only turns it on at certain times
