Hey I'm just looking for your guys'z input! Would you consider 9" inch wide tires as "fatties"? and when i order them should i go 7" in the front and 9" in the back? or 9" all around

11" plus are wide. Everything else isn't.
I'd do 9" all around for fun if I were you, that way you can rotate all 4 tires....

Where could I find rims and rubber that are 17x11?
Get some forged CCW's. they can make them to whatever you specify, though I am not sure 11" will clear your suspension/wheel arches without modification

I have a 93 hatch 240.. what do you think will need to be changed?
In order to get 11" in the rear you will need mexi-offset, and it just plain will not work in the front.
9 all around is probably the most you can go without messing with fenders.
I've got 8 1/2 front, 9 1/2 rear for my 240... wish i had 10 for the back though.
