    more like 13.8-14.0 stock.

Downpipe exhaust nets you a 13.2

DP exh, intake, Engine management lands you at about 12.9

I had this car for less than a month. ~25 days. It got faster as it got older.

    http://forums.beyond.ca/st/52879/and...ldnt-be-done-/

Ended up hitting 100 mph while still stock. but just... like 100.1 mph.

Wow, that was nearly 6 years ago.

6 - 8 tenths from just a turbo back exhaust, I find that a little hard to beleive.

You should see the difference when you do that to a turbo volvo.

From stock to stg 2 normal gains are anywhere from 30-40WHP and 80-100WTQ. The best time I have seen on a Stg 2 STi in Calgary was 13.48@101mph by a member on here actually.

So yeah 13.2 is pretty far fetched for Race City.

I have never seen a stock STI run 100mph here or anything lower than 13.8 with a fantastic launch.

Most people bog them off the launch and hit about 14.5 at 96-97mph

This was back in 2005... I don't know how he did it, but the car was dead stock.

It could have been a weight difference that helped him out though...

I am not going to outright say that it can't be done but with out a slip I call

What do you mean by weight difference? If he stripped out the car at all then it's not really stock.

The only thing that could have helped him was a low DA day. You would have gut more than just the interior to get that kind of a time completely stock.

I wish I knew where my time slip was, I'd post it up... This time was done by me in my car with just a simple HKS DP and a blitz Nurspec exhaust. Granted it was in the spring, and the temp was hovering about 5-8 deg.

at sea level Stock STi's ran 12.9's all day long.

Simple mods on these cars really wake it up. then after that its a challenge(read major Dollars) to get to them to go faster.

I'll never forget that Volvo. Lined up near you at RC, first member I met by chance off beyond. That was such a cool car....
