It all started with jaywalking and things escalated from there. Who's in the wrong here, the girl for being belligerent or the cop for throwing the punch?

With all the bitchy, stuck up attitudes that kids have, bish deserved it.

For example, stupid kids walking across the road as slowly as possible or backwards, or zigzagging. Where the F is the respect for the driver? I was taught to go quickly and safely.

I'd say the fault is about 80% hers, and 20% his. Yes, he probably could have done something else other than punch her in the face. But if she wasn't getting all up in his face and bitching him out, it probably would never have happened. You act like an idiot with the cops, you can expect to be treated like one.

Cop was just trying to control the situation. When someone goes at you as a cop, I'm pretty sure, male or female there's a point where you have the right to protect yourself, your weapon, etc.

With that many people around, 2 of which had no problem trying to squirm themselves away from the cop, I think he felt control of the situation was needed, especially considering other people might decide to join in and make a police mauling. lol

Being disorderly for what was likely a j-walking ticket and then failing to comply to the officers requests... hmmm yea the cop was in the right. He was just dealing with bitchy girls.

This girl is in the wrong, you don't put your hands on a cop. He was struggling to restrain one person and another stepped in. I would have pulled the pepper spray at that point or the taser. Buddy should have really called for assistance.

No. I laughed to haha!

That was completely 100% the girls fault. First girl is resisting arrest and the second girl tries to come in and physically break it up. Just because someone is filming you doesn't mean you are above and beyond the law. Girls should have been respectful and in turn been treated respectfully too.

Apparently the entire thing was over one of the girls jay-walking... which is fucking ridiculous, isn't that a fine? Or is she getting arrested for what happened after she was told she's getting a fine?

apparently she was asked to wait by the vehicle (numerous people jaywalked), he must have needed time to deal with them all. Shortly after she tried to walk away, and that was when he tried to bring her back to the vehicle.
