U of C ID expires?

I see that UofC IDs have expiry date on the back (1 year). Does this mean I have to get a new ID every year? I’ll only be using my ID for Upass.

no it doesn't. they may put a sticker on your ID card that says 2010-2011, but your card should still work

They probably wont put a sticker on an old ID so in order for you to get the Upass you'd have to get a new ID every year. I'm just guessing here cuz I dont go to UofC

Doesn't expire. Although you'll need to get the new UPASS and when you do that they stick a new sticker on the back that will be updated (eg. 2010-2011).
