Correct, and thanks, out of the thousands of car rear designs, McLaren's appealed to me the most.... why create something new when high perfection has been already accomplished.
The light pattern it creates reminds me of butterfly wings, its like a natural design taken out of nature. This includes the light bars, but I will be using a chrome protective cage instead. This will also make it easy to find legal aftermarket taillights.

Dude good luck, is it going to be a body kit or full car? i saw this a while ago and if your still going at it man good job. Have you considered ionizing the air to reduce drag or any other crazy technology like electromagnetic anti gravitics for propulsion this is what you need to invest in not just a lame body kit to build a real super car.

Thanks, well I think Im going to make it a full all around body kit. Or might just start with a front kit only to speed things up.

For my third project, I want to take an MR2, stretch it, and add a wide body suspension rack.
It will look like a super car and when I have plenty of money I would like to put motorcycle engines in it. Nothing fancy... I may try electric too depending on how much capital I accumulate.

most people who are designing cars (or ballpoint pens, or baby carriages, or whatever) create something new so that they don't get their asses sued off when they take an existing design and try to reproduce it for profit
