The fruits of my labour:
holy shit u guys are crazy
Are they not limiting customers to two anymore, or do u guys just keep going back? That's friggin crazy haha. Easy profit right there I'm guessing.
Mercs
What are these going for on kijiji and stuff? Like I see tons for like 950 or whatever, but what prices are they getting sold at around?
I've sold five 32gb iphone 4's already, all for $900 each.
There is still a limit 2 per customer but I managed to get 4 today all at once just by myself. It's all about how you ask the sales people. I told them I've been standing in line for over 2 hours with my girlfriend and she went to go to the washroom and has yet to come back. Worked like a charm. LOL!
Since you replied to my original post regarding hardware upgrading, do you have any idea when I input my number and NEW postal code on Rogers.com in the eligibility section, it tells me I can BUY the 16gb at 649, and the the 32gb at 749, but if I input the postal code of my old address (3 months ago) it says I can upgrade for $159/259 (16/32 respectively)?? Old Postal is NW Calgary, new postal in Airdrie...Originally posted by JordanAndrew

^ same thing with me, go on the old postal code, that's what they have on file for the upgrades, using old data for that tool I guess.
So, the first phone I opened for myself is a POS.
First, I restored my 3G settings to it. Saw the call timer problem and some other left over shit that I didn't want.
Decided to restore. Got error (9) about 3 times on 3 different computers (including my MBP). searched the apple forums. There was some sort of hack to get it out of restore mode. Tried it. works.
Wanted to make sure I could restore again. Got error (2009) on my desktop PC.
Now trying to restore on my MBP.
edit: failure. Error (9) again.
Nice. Maybe I will return this POS.

To me it seems silly to pay the extra for an unlocked phone when its free and take about 2 minutes online...
jailbreakme.com then Ultrasnow.. presto change-o.. unlocked.
I am usually hovering around 4 bars.
I believe it has to do with the new algorithm that Apple is using with their 4.0.1.

impossible, you have to put in your phone # and postal code into the system, I believe they are using a database from a while back, if there are no matching results, you end up quoted the full price, if your info matches then you get your actual price.Originally posted by Cos
Maybe the new dude who lives at your old house is eligible for an upgrade and you aren’t?
Meh, way better to have it factory unlocked, the jailbreak on iphone 4 is not stable this time, and a lot of things change with new firmware, gotta wait until someone releases software to handle new firmwares/basebands too.Originally posted by R-Audi

apparently apple store is out of 32gbs
Is the line in the evening worse? I need to wait until after work to go up there tonight and pickup one (or two).
4 hours
Sorry, guess I should have specified the buy outright line. No upgrade shit.
