contacting admin about scammer

who do i contact about an account that has scammed me 530$ he has not contacted me back since tuesday and i have already sent him money via pay pal. Looking for any information on dwillms account. thanks

It's only been a couple days, way to early to throw the scammer flag.

He may just be busy/out of town/writing exams etc

I've never been so busy with exams or so far out of town that I can't get back to someone that gave me $500, that's fucking ridiculous.

and I would at the very least let the buyer know so he/she doesn't freak out. Either a sketchy person or just fucking lazy.
