    Default Lactose free protein powder

What would you guys recommend? I'd like to stay away from the soy ones if possible.

Egg protein powder. Better yet, carton egg whites.

The lactose free ones throw me off like a mo fo. Its because they aren't lactose free, the lactase enzyme is just added in to make it easier to digest.

And yes, stay away from soy.

Thanks man, I'll look into the egg type more.

I quickly googled to try to find something and this came up:
    http://www.ehow.com/how_5088269_choo...in-powder.html

Doesn't exactly seem very reputable but still peaked my interest with Whey Isolate.

This link doesn't seem too bad either

    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/lactose.htm

But I mean, I click on there first one there with 0g of carbs, even in the description says it is suitable for milk allergies, and then contains milk and 2g of carbs

Diesel by perfect nutrition. I sell it to anyone who is lactose intolerant. Its lactose, gluten, and aspartame free. so far no one has complained. Also very clean, 0 carbs 0 fat 0 colesterol 27g of protein 7g of bcaa and 5g of glutamine in a 30g scoop. I say that would be your best bet

+1 phytoestrogens mimic estrogen in your system and can cause a serious medical condition called bitch tits. If you are consuming sufficient soy to get the protein you are looking for you are consuming sufficient amounts to create new breast tissue and have mood swings.
