Yea, Ive been dealing with Mike...

The manifold also had birdshit welds on it...it obviously cracked
    a while back
I did a crappy clean up job but trying to grind out all the garbage welds
took just over 2 hours and I was getting pissed off...

Clearances look good. Very similar to mine, except less variation since everything was machined and balanced and polished and whatnot.

    Ceramic rotors?

His customer service has been brutal for a year and a half man why did you buy from him?

It's quite well documented on Honda-Tech.

Im gonna dig this thing up because its running now..Ive got almost 250km's on it

Its got only 2 problems left, maybe somebody can chime in......its leaking oil from the headgasket out the back side
going up into the head from the gallery coming outta the oil filter, its only sweating out and doesn't lose much at all, haven't addded any oil yet.

I'll get some pics up soon when I wash it and have lunch
