i love how ppl fail to use the brake or even turn the fucking car off. A few years back I had the accelerator pedal stuck under the floormat while I was driving, I went to neutral and turned the car off, pulled the mat back, started the car(while still rolling forward) and kept going...........it's not that hard, but ppl make it hard...........

A Canadian man sues a New York coffee shop after suffering what he calls “damage to his manhood”. His penis somehow got pinched between the toilet seat and bowl while he was reaching forward for toilet paper. He is asking for $1 million to compensate for his "dire and permanent" injuries. His wife is also suing for $500,000, claiming her husband cannot perform his marital duties. (link)
An Edmonton man who claims things literally went into the toilet for him after going to a south-side Tim Hortons has launched a lawsuit against the coffee shop giant. (link)
Will fuck off, again.

see, it's not hard........but try telling that to the general public........maybe it should be on their drivers testOriginally posted by Sugarphreak
I had a throttle stick on a BMW once, I just turned it off and coasted to a stop.
I can't believe they didnt think to test this sooner?
They only mention throttle sticking in class 6 testing. It should be mandatory that people demonstrate an ability to avoid stupid accidents by having a fucking clue how their cars work

Toyota knows exactly what the problem is (well, atleast the acceleration one) and its a software issue.
They are just waiting until NASA plasters it for the media and that, my friends, will be the final nail in the coffin.
RIP Toyota.
hahah very good ninja edits!
From the beginning I always found it interesting that pretty much all of these Toyota "incidents" occured in the US and no where else in the world.

One or two "incidents" were probably genuine idiots not know how to control their vehicle. I'm sure the rest were idiots trying to get on the lawsuit bandwagon and causing the accidents on purpose.Originally posted by Redlyne_mr2

Exactly what i have been saying since the start.
People are actually so crazy that they will crash there car in attempt to make some money.
I hope toyota comes back with some lawsuits of there own.
