Nice! Hated the old X3, I would actually consider this one.

How about X1? coming? that looks good for sure.

Best part for X3 now, they are not made in US/Canada .. so, X3 has way way less problem then X5/X6

This new X3, will be another US built .. so means problematic .. lots!

Last 2 lease for my wife, X3, as they are ver reliable, and problem free, I don't mind X5 or US built car myself, but not for wife+kid.

IMO, more like a SantaFe than Tuson

But I don't think there's much they can do about it if they want to go evolution of last gen styling.

I have some photos of a BMW X1 that I saw when I was at the Festival of Speed this year if anyone wants to see them. Its about the same size maybe slightly smaller than the current X3 id say when you see it in person.

I love it. I actually really like how this looks, much better than the old dated POS X3 - which drove terribly and was a pain to maintain.

5.6L/100kms is crazy good fuel consumption.

I agree. my X5 eats a minimum 13.1/100 and thats when I driving it really nice. I really do like this redesigned X3... I think its a perfect wifey type car, if I had one.

I doubt anything that's over 4000lbs and under 7s 0-60 will do 5.6L/100km. Even a 2011 Civic can't reach that. Unless you know of a Hybrid X3 that nobody knows about yet.

^^Werd, where the fuck did it say 5.6L/100. My friend with an 08 Civic can barely do 5.6, and thats with CRAZY hypermileing, he turns off his engine whenever he's stopped, accelerates slower then a lawnmower, does drafting and doesn't brake around corners. No way a 3L inline 6 in an SUV can do better then a 1.6L I4 in Civic.

Diesel version, which we'll unlikely get:

The diesel will get to 100km/h in 8.5 seconds, on its way to a top speed of 210km/h. Fuel consumption is listed at 5.6 l/100km on the European combined cycle.

When's BMW going to update their interiors. The dash and controls seem like they have been carried over from the 90's. Audi just kills BMW in this area.

Unlikely we'll get the diesel, especially such a small diesel.

Last C&D I read said the opposite: Audi's interior was old and tired and new BMW one was praised. But also they said Audi was superior dynamically so who knows.
