    Default Crazy chinaman with C4 currently holding his family hostage in Harvest Hills NE

    The entire block is closed off, and the swat team is there with news crew and about 20 officers. Apparently the guy has C4 on him. Got told this by my neighbour.

    thats why, i was driving down country hills blvd and there are lots of police cars driving by with lights on.
