Bio Oil is supposed to be good for things like that and scars, etc.
who seeded you?
If they are fine and not deep you may be able to improve them, if they are deep, wide or you can feel them on your skin(literally like a scar) not much will help.
They do start off darker colored and should fade to a pearly skin color with time.

Bio oil is really good for this, I had some pretty nasty ones after having 2 kids. Even though they were years old it really helped. I tried Scar therapy gel but bio oil works better they sell it at walmart, shoppers, london drugs even Costco has it.
If you want to the Scar gels they are located in the first aid section of most of these places.
I got tons from growth spurt and working out, i just tell people i used to fight tigers and lions for a living. Hardcore

You could also get laser treatments or dermabrasion, I guess

Ive had mine forever and as a lot of people have said the only thing you can really do is try to prevent them before you have them if you have them the only real way of getting rid of them is to laser them off...

But seriously, scar gel doesn't work. Don't bother.
I used to use Cocoa Butter but didn't see much of a difference. I did smell like brownies though, which is nice.
