Well a PM who works for me has gone AWOL for the last month. I switched to someone other than a PM Company because they came with high recommendation and look after multiple properties for some other investors I know... Apparently this person is having a personal crisis and has dropped the ball on 15+ properties... It's time to drop this person cause I need to get paid!
I don't have the current tenants contact info, so I will have to deliver a letter in person stating that the old PM will no longer be looking after the property with the new mgmt information.
Has anyone written a letter like this before? I have no letter writing skills.
Thanks!
EDIT:
This is also bringing up some sticky issues with the damage deposit (PM is holding)... Fuck I hate people
