So I was driving home the other night (in Kamloops) and I see the cops have this road all taped off. They are sitting on the benches eating their lunch and drinking coffee & eating donuts!
I WTF , then I LOL
Then I drive around the block and look at the cafe and see this (camera phone sorry its shitty)
Notice the SUV parked through the wall of the cafe. I LOL again. And go on my way. Only in Kamloops, ha!
Then I hear the cops shot some guy and killed him on the news - Thus the crash.
Now I guess the CPS is investigating the RCMP in this case.

Calgary police are leading the investigation into an officer-involved fatal shooting in Kamloops British Columbia.
The shooting happened shortly after 6 o'clock Friday night.
A man in his early 50s is deceased.
Police say two officers were involved, but have yet to release any details of the man who was fatally shot.
No RCMP officers were injured in the incident.
Saturday morning, the RCMP requested that the Calgary Police Service lead the investigation as an independent, third party.
To the beyond enforcement team:
Does the RCMP randomly choose police departments to aide in internal investigations? Do they always go to a certain department? Just curious why they picked the CPS
