Thanks, though there were no flashes used for the first or second shots.
The set up was for another set of photos with him and his dad.
this was with the set up.
Still got a lot to learn about lighting.
and his little brother.

^^ That photo would work better for me if it were shifted to the left to see more of the length of her body and if she were looking directly into the camera. She looks sort of lifeless. Nice lighting though.
Thanks...unfortunately I didn't shoot the whole body in that one. The bed was bad, the room was bad. It was basically like shooting in an office cubicle lol.Originally posted by Melinda

If boudoirs are something you want to get into, invest in a plain white douvet/blanket and maybe another one (or even some material) with a romantic pattern on it like a B&W damask or something like that. Then you can use it for under or behind your model. Works like a charm for those impossible locations.Originally posted by EvolizePhoto

Sorry I just noticed this, but why all the erasing lines in the bottom left corner?

My roomate setup this shoot and I tagged along to help him with posing and setup of models and the lighting. boudoir really isnt my thing,I would rather be taking photos of half clad girls in front of a car instead.Originally posted by Melinda

Was teaching a friend how to use his new D5000 when this scene was presented infront of me.

C'est singing in the rain is just a beautiful ting. Trash the dress is always something fun. Hard to believe it just happened to be 3 degrees celcius, raining and well by the time we hit the water we were all frigid. I need to convince more brides into doing this. Best part is everybody walking up saying omg you poor people a wedding day like today or the couple being re-congratulated a year after the date.

That looks like a movie still! Sick shot.
