    Had it, returned it.

Having the casemate, made the trackpad awkward to use, cause it's in the way of your thumb.

Currently I'm using the Zagg Invisible Shield Full Body and the Leather Pouch.

Does anyone know if you install a casemate case or something similar if the phone will still fit in the OEM Blackberry holster? I really like the holster for getting the phone from point A to B but it would still be nice to have something protective on the phone.

Picking up a couple of torches on the weekend. Can anyone tell me if the mass media storage shows up on their computer. My 9700 never showed up, so if I ever wanted to drag any files in, I had to use an old blackberry and the sd card, then put back the sd card back into my 9700. PITA

^ under settings. You need to enable it and when you plug it in, it'll ask for a password if you have one set up.

    Won't fit, tried it.

You can squeeze it in, but good luck taking it out.

    That's what I have now

Apparently, it's a common problem among some users of 9700s. Some friends have the same issue, and others don't. I did a quick google search and a lot of people experience the same issues. I may have found a fix though, just have to get home and use a windows computer. Kind of disappointing when I found a fix during the last few uses of my 9700 lol.

Just purchased one for me and one for the gf. Love it so far. Getting used to it. Only issue so far is my slider seems ever so slightly loose while gfs phone is solid like a rock.

I would take it back and get a replacement unit. There is a 14 or a 30 day return or exchange policy, depending on where you got it from . If you aren't happy with it ask for a new unit.

Yeah I think I will return it. I got three, one for me, gf and a friend. It seems like 2/3 have the same slight wobble issue, last night my icons disapppeared too, had to power off to get them back.
