Question Help command start - car starting in cold weather

My '97 Honda Accord has a command start install in it, in '97. ( I purchased the car last year 2002).'command start' is the brand name of it.
Now, when it gets cold it starts by itself. This morning it started in my garage !!
How can I program it so it only starts when I want it to.
Last winter I call a place and they told me how to do it. Unfortunately, I don't remember and the store is no longer open.
What I remember is : when I press the 'I' button, the lights gets on, then I have to press the 'II' button, and it will flash and then stop. Sometimes it flashes 3 times, sometimes it's 4 times.
Which one is it to stop it from starting at anytime the 3 OR 4 times.
    Thanks a lot .
