Unlocking a phone

does anyone know a good place to get a nokia e71 unlocked locally? there is no way to remote unlock the phone, or at least none that i have found.

My buddy just unlocked their Nokia e71 from Rogers.
I guess it would depend on which network your e71 is locked to and also if a code is available. If your code is "Not Found", then you will have to use hardware and unlock it locally.
