I'm looking for somebody to possibly help me out wrapping my bike in matte black vinyl. I'll buy all the materials and, I'd love to learn how. Beer, tools, you name it. =)

im learning how to wrap too but its very simple and easy.
haha we can try. let me now when u get the vinyl.
I've done it with the panels removed, I found that easier, but most people would find that method harder.
With the panels removed you need another set of hands to hold the panel while you stretch the vinyl and work around the panel.
I did my brothers bike a few years ago for fun:

I suggest doing this during the winter so you can take your time and do it right, and you won't lose any summer riding days! Summer is short.

"Anarchism is not a romantic fable but the hardheaded realization, based on five thousand years of experience, that we cannot entrust the management of our lives to kings, priests, politicians, generals, and county commissioners."
BUMP!
after getting quotes for $800-1500 to repaint my bike a satin white, I've decided its probably a better idea to just wrap it matte white.
By now Im guessing a few people have had experience with wrapping parts, so what would be the recommended type of vinyl for me to buy which will be most durable (what thickness)? And where should I buy it? Victory Vinyl came up a lot in other threads i searched.
check out shadow shield, pretty reasonably priced IMO.
