Can't remember the movie name...

I'm trying to remember the name of a movie, and I just keep drawing blanks.

It's about this kid who just graduated and sells dope out of an icecream bike stand. Ultimately the kid is a little bitch through out the movie, but it has an awesome hip-hop soundtrack. Movie starts off with NaS - The World is Yours.
