This show is damn entertaining so I won't stop watching it, but damn do they do some stupid shit. I love how they gave the little bit of info in the new episode regarding that hick's hand, "Musta been too dull to cut through the handcuffs".




It's like they didn't consider he could have cut through the rusty bracket or even that shit pipe it was attached to. Some editor picked it up after the episode was done so they threw that in to not look like tards.

Yeah sure season 1 is short, but look at the office, season 1 had only a handful of episodes and then it exploded. Hope this show keeps its momentum when the 2nd season starts and everybody keeps following it

I was happy with the episode

Why the zombies are leaving the cities: They start to roam around for food and later on (in the novels at least) they start calling them "herds" since if a group of zombies sees a larger group of zombies roaming in a direction, they tend to follow.

yea good episode yesterday. The end of that stand off was definitely a surprise. Didn't see that coming at all. I was expecting to see the brother (think his name is mearl?) come back for revenge

Meh, it couldn't be a 100%, so I'll take what I get and keep an open mind. If I keep trying to compare it to the comics I'll be disappointed.

Comics did move at a slower pace and I can guarantee it wouldn't keep people interested if they did that.

I hear you there. I'm just happy to have a decent zombie series right now. And I really have to try to not compare it much to the comics. But if they do leave out the stuff in your spoiler bar there then yeah I will be pretty disappointed.

i thought there was going to be an epic 'defend against the horde' this past episode that they showed of in the episode before.

granted theres always the 'lull' or slow episode to fill the storyline+season, but that was like 2 in a row, i demand moar zombie killing for this weekends one!!

You mean Woodbury? I get the feeling they're skipping that one because it was the helicopter that Rick saw leaving Atlanta that lead them to the Governor. I think that was the first strong hint that they were going in a completely different direction from the comic.
