Nonsense. You've all got slanty eyes, play Starcraft, speak Chinese and eat nothing but sushi and ginger beef.
DON'T TRY AND CONVINCE ME OTHERWISE

Who am I to tell anybody else what they can and can't laugh at?
Who are you to say that comedy doesn't have any boundaries? To me, that's ridiculous. You have your limits of tolerance too. You just won't admit them here.
I watched an episode of Family Guy this weekend where they referenced the World War bombings of Japan. I love that show too, but I doubt you're ignorant enough to validate Hiroshima as an appropriate punch line.
I'm sure there's people who thought it was great comedy. You're wrong regardless. It had everything to do with racism. Both sides, too. The person saying it & the people it was directed towards.Originally posted by Mibz
Michael Richards wasn't funny because the crap he was saying just wasn't funny, he was on tilt. It had nothing to do with the racism involved.
Because, off the top of my head, I don't know what they are. I'm sure they exist, and they've probably been hit before, but that still doesn't mean Comedy should pull shit from their network. Hell, it's not likely that I'll stop watching that comedian/show/network either. It's probably one bad joke that upsets me and I'll move past it knowing that the guy telling it intended for people to laugh.Originally posted by KandabashiDevil

So people who laugh at what you don't deem appropriate are ignorant? Of what? Of what happened in Hiroshima? Of who it affected? I'm well aware of both so help me out here.I watched an episode of Family Guy this weekend where they referenced the World War bombings of Japan. I'm assuming this is the bit you're talking about, I LOLed.

I think his show is great, his stand-up on the other hand I just don't find that entertaining. Not ragging on him, lots of people still love his stand up I just never found it funny.
So how did everyone like the show?
I thought the opening comedian was quite funny and tosh was great.
I'm the best man cause I did it!
Rob Dyrdek Totalllly bit tosh's idea
i used to love him, now i think he's a douche canoe.
To be fair, Tosh isn't the pioneer of the genre either. Every time they go to commercial and he says "We'll be right back with more *blank*" he's usually naming shows that do the exact same thing. I think he's just gotten popular because he's the only one who's non-PC and gets the 18-35 crowd. His ridiculousness (see what I did there?) is as funny or funnier than the videos themselves whereas most other shows just rely on the videos to be funny.
I still do not believe he is not slowOriginally posted by Mibz

Tosh is very funny though so that does make a difference in the show. Now to wait for southpark to return.
You should check out his standup as well then nizmo.Originally posted by n1zm0
omg i haven't seen Tosh yet even i've been asked many times to check it out, but when i saw Eli i decided i should start watching it sofaking great!
Actually, he's just naming every single Comedy Central show that's been off the network. I wonder when he'll run out of show names haha.Originally posted by Mibz

Web Soup I think was the pioneer, but it wasn't that funny to me.

His show in Calgary was awesome, way over the top. Laughed beginning to end.
Completely Serious was funny but I found it over-edited, so it didn't flow well.

When I watched completely serious on youtube a few years ago it actually left out some bits.
This is good quality and has everything. My favourite standup routine, I've probably watched it 20 times.
The show was hilarious, I was laughing the entire time. Hopefully there will be a dvd of that tour.Originally posted by rage2

Happy thoughts on dvd though is also excellent, has about 15mins more than what they showed on comedy.
