People in California have about 1,000 less than magnitude 4 earthquakes every two days, yeah.

Now.

They have known about it for a couple centuries. And yet they still build massive cities with massive houses and massive insurance policies right on the fault lines.

Is it any wonder that the economy takes a nosedive every time there is a housing crisis, or an insurance company that defaults.

There is this city in greece thousands of years old - which seems to have a devestating lava flow every couple centuries causing massive death. And yet they rebuild the city in the exact same spot. New Orleans' are building in the exact same spot, now exactly how much of natural disasters are manmade, and how much of it is human arrogance to not get out of natures (or you could even say gods) way?
