I seriously wish it could be fall all year now that our weather is like this. We had nothing but bad weather in the summer and now its pretty and the colors are coming together.
second one is straight out of camera except for the crop...first is not so much.

A shot like that makes me want to put a bride in some water with leaves in it but heck it would be crazy cold and then oh wait I'd be copying you...
nah...there's no bride in my shot...and I'm not hormonal so I wouldn't give a shit even if there was.

The 2nd shot would look great at sunset or sunrise depending on location.Originally posted by Go4Long

I think the warmer colors from a sunset/rise (depending on where it is :P) might work...but kind of like the contrast with the sky...I might go back and try it tomorrow for sunset/rise just to see. I also couldn't find my ND filter, I wanted a longer shutter speed to really smooth out the water.

I've been trying to do some of the small lakes we have here around us. We seem to get morning fog off the lakes right before sunrise every morning. Something like that at sunrise with fog could be bloody epic. The only thing we don't have are trees like that though.
I think this is the time of the year I'd love to get a wedding in Quebec.
Make sure its a dead calm day then, cause any movement from the leaves will make the tree's appear blurry.Originally posted by Go4Long

Thanks! I could have ended up somewhere much worse, Lloyd was a great place to start size-wise. We'll see where this takes me. I think in the end, I really wouldn't mind working for a wire agency.Originally posted by Melinda
